SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 100% deposit or upfront credit card payment will confirm all bookings. We accept all legal tender for payments.

Payments can be made online when making a reservation. Telephonic reservations will require the completion of a credit card authorization form to secure the booking.

CHILDREN

Children of all ages are welcome on the Crocodile Pond Tour. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times during the visit.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be considered in the event of illness, hospitalization, accident or death prior to the booked date of activity.

No-shows on the booked date of activity are not entitled to a refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the booked activity will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

A full refund will be granted should the activity be cancelled by Afrikanos for any reason.

COPYRIGHT TO PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL

We take photographs, films and videos (including electronic format) of our guests during the excursion and may use such photographic, film and video material for the purpose of advertising or brochure productions without any consideration being payable to the client.

MEDICAL TREATMENT

Do you have any of the following medical conditions our crew should be aware of?
Epilepsy / Seizures, Asthma, High Blood Pressure / Heart conditions, Diabetes, Other? Please inform our reservations team so we can take good care of you.

Any first aid or medical treatment provided by Afrikanos shall be discretionary on a compassionate basis only and in no event shall the provision of such first aid or medical treatment amount to admission of liability by Afrikanos for any injuries sustained.

LIABILITY

Guests must sign an indemnity form prior to the activity, acknowledging that the crocodiles at Afrikanos are wild animals and that the activity is undertaken at their own risk.

Any minor under 18 years of age requires the appropriate consent/indemnity from a parent or legal guardian prior to the activity.

Guests acknowledge that crocodiles are wild and potentially dangerous animals and agree to follow all safety instructions given by Afrikanos staff and guides.

Guests participate voluntarily and accept the inherent risks associated with visiting a crocodile facility and participating in the activities offered by Afrikanos.
